Enhancing customer relations

In 2023, Conad’s omnichannel strategy was consolidated and it moved extremely quickly towards digitisation, thanks to significant investment and development plans.The opening of new digital channels always offers opportunities for new contacts; they integrate with traditional channels to succeed in understanding customers’ needs and offer them services and products suited to their requirements.The digital ecosystem developed by Conad has therefore enhanced its ability to listen and its ability to gain customer loyalty.

Brand awareness leadership


The quality of the offer, the constant readiness to listen and the value of the relationships that Conad establishes every day, create fertile ground for targeted and effective communication that can make itself known and recognised. In 2023 the brand achieved an overall awareness of 94.5%, while Conad’s Top of mind value among the brands in the sector is 19.7% (source: GfK).

These are figures in line with the number of customers entering Conad stores: in 2023 over 11.8 million families, every week, visited the various stores of the network throughout Italy.

Whether through its physical locations or digital channels, Conad’s strategy still focuses its relations, attention and commitment on people and the Communities. Together they represent the mainstays of the way that Conad does business: multi-channel strategy, segmentation of the offer, capillarity throughout the country, everything to give each customer the best response tailored to their needs.

Conad 2023 communication campaign

The 2023 communication campaign also revolves around the concept of listening: listening, in fact, means making yourself available, dedicating time to others, offering your sincere help.Listening is synonymous with understanding, empathy and respect; it is what allows you to establish meaningful and lasting connections. It is through this simple action that Conad continues to create relationships, overcome barriers and encourage the development of a more attentive, prosperous and sustainable society, where human relationships are the core of every interaction.
