In 2023 the brand launched HeyConad Viaggi and, thanks to the partnership with the Welcome Travel Group, a leading company in the tourism sector, it offers a customised and comprehensive travel experience thanks to the support throughout Italy from the network’s travel agencies, with the aim of enhancing the value of Italy’s heritage assets consisting of food and wine, well-being, adventures and the outstanding beauty of its landscapes.
The app is also the tool for promoting greater awareness about purchases and forms of behaviour in the field of customer sustainability. Furthermore, it will be further enriched during 2024 with new services in the fields of health and well-being, pet care, financial and insurance services and mobility.
The many services offered by HeyConad united by a minimum common denominator: attention to the needs of each individual customer and the commitment to offering customised, effective and practical responses. Even through its digital relationship channel, Conad remains faithful to its payoff: Persone oltre le cose.
